Dear Sirs,

for the last time Russian legislators pay great attention for the development of arms legal turnover in Russian Federation. The initiatives in this field are permanently coming from the President Administration, the Government, political parties and social associations, all these energies are directed to optimize the process of purchasing, keeping and owning of firearms in Russia.
Moscow International Exhibition “ARMS & Hunting” plays an important role in this work and it has proved it`s being the main event of this kind in Russia side by side with the most well-known world arms exhibitions.
The subject-matter of the exhibition is getting more various and such products as self-defense arms, pistols and revolvers are presented more and more widely. The right of the citizens for personal safety is fixed by our Constitution, the Government respects this right and presently a law about small arms owning for Russian citizens is under a hot discussion, in order everyone could defend oneself, one`s family and property on a legal ground.
It is quite obvious fact that hunting and self-defense arms turnover in Russia is increasing from year to year and this market is one of the most attractive for the producers of the industry.
